StrictlyByIV may collect account details, contact information, event details, guest-list information, marketplace profile content, booking information, messages, ratings, media, device data, and payment-related records.

We collect information users provide directly, information created while using the service, and limited technical information needed to operate, protect, and improve the platform.

2. How we use information

  • To create and secure user accounts.
  • To run event planning, guest management, collaboration, messaging, marketplace, booking, payment, refund, dispute, and payout features.
  • To send important account, booking, payment, security, and service notifications.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and unsafe marketplace activity.
  • To improve reliability, performance, support, and product quality.

3. How information may be shared

Some information is shared with other users as part of the service, such as event collaboration details, marketplace profiles, booking requests, messages, reviews, and guest-facing event information.

We may also share information with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, support tools, legal advisors, or authorities when needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent harm, or resolve disputes.

4. Payment and financial data

StrictlyByIV may process payment status, payment references, refund status, payout status, provider payout account identifiers, and related audit records. Card and bank processing may be handled by payment partners such as Paystack.

Financial records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory reasons.

5. Your choices and account deletion

Users can update account information in the app where supported. Users may also request account deletion. Some records may be retained when required for payment, booking, refund, dispute, safety, legal, or audit purposes.
