1. How to request deletion
Once the StrictlyByIV app is available, users should request account deletion from inside the app while logged in:
- Open Profile.
- Open Account settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the confirmation information and submit the request.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@strictlybyiv.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. What may be removed or disabled
After a deletion request is processed, account access may be disabled, public provider profiles may be removed from discovery, and personal profile information may be deleted or anonymized where supported.
3. What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, payment processing, refund, payout, booking, dispute, safety, security, or audit reasons.
Examples may include payment references, settlement records, booking history needed to resolve disputes, support records, fraud-prevention logs, and records required by law or payment partners.
