1. The StrictlyByIV service
StrictlyByIV is operated by DERVLABS LTD, a company incorporated in Nigeria (RC 9030571). It helps people plan events, manage guest experiences, coordinate collaborators, discover providers, request bookings, communicate with event teams, and manage marketplace profiles.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service. Where a change takes away something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Guests can reply to an event invitation through its link without an account; a host who adds a guest under 18 is responsible for having the right to share that guest's details.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and activity that happens under your account.
- Use accurate identity and contact information.
- Do not share access to your account with unauthorized people.
- Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Events, profiles, and marketplace activity
Provider profiles, public events, listings, reviews, media, booking requests, and collaboration invitations must be accurate, lawful, and respectful of other people's rights.
StrictlyByIV may review, limit, delist, or remove content that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with platform rules.
4. Our role in bookings
Bookings are agreements between the person booking and the vendor, venue, or planner they book. StrictlyByIV provides the platform, holds and releases payments through our payment provider, and helps resolve disputes, but we are not a party to the service agreement itself and we do not provide the event services.
Providers are responsible for delivering what they agreed, holding any licences their services need, and the accuracy of their listings. People who book are responsible for the details they give and for paying what they agreed.
5. Plans, subscriptions, and feature limits
Some features, usage levels, marketplace benefits, or event capacities depend on the plan connected to an account, role, or event. Current limits and included features are shown in the app.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe.
- Bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store: the store charges you and handles renewals, cancellation, and refunds under its own terms. Cancel in your Google Play or Apple account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Bought through Paystack: cancel in the app at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless the law or the store's policy requires it. If a plan changes or expires, existing data stays available while new actions are limited until usage falls within the current allowance or an eligible plan is restored.
6. Payments, refunds, and payouts
Bookings may involve deposits, balances, full upfront payments, refunds, disputes, provider payouts, platform fees, or payment processing checks.

7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you add. You give DERVLABS LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and share that content as needed to run StrictlyByIV, for example to show your profile and public events to other users. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users already received in conversations or bookings, and records we must keep under our Privacy Policy.
Only upload content you have the right to share. StrictlyByIV, its name, logo, and app remain the property of DERVLABS LTD.
8. User conduct and safety
Do not use StrictlyByIV to harass, defraud, impersonate, threaten, spam, misuse payments, upload unsafe content, or coordinate illegal activity. Our Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail.
We may restrict accounts, remove content, freeze marketplace visibility, or pause payment-related actions when we need to protect users, providers, guests, or the platform.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time, once you have no active bookings, outstanding balance, or pending payout. See Account deletion for what happens next.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines, or where the law requires it. Unless it would be unsafe or unlawful, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond. Money owed to you for services you delivered is still paid out, subject to any dispute.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep StrictlyByIV available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services that providers offer, or the conduct of any user.
To the extent the law allows, DERVLABS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a disrupted event, and our total liability for any claim connected with StrictlyByIV is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a disagreement arises, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product, law, payment rules, or marketplace operations change. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and if a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
