Community Guidelines

StrictlyByIV is built for trust: planners, providers, collaborators, guests, and clients should be able to coordinate without abuse, fraud, or unsafe behavior.

Draft notice: This page is a working business draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

1. Treat people with respect

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, shame, exploit, or discriminate against other users, providers, guests, collaborators, or StrictlyByIV team members.

2. Be accurate and honest

Profiles, listings, event details, booking requests, guest information, reviews, media, and messages should be truthful and not misleading.

Do not create fake reviews, fake profiles, false availability, fake payment claims, or misleading service descriptions.

3. Keep the platform safe

  • Do not upload malware, spam, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass account, payment, booking, or access controls.
  • Do not use StrictlyByIV to coordinate illegal, harmful, or exploitative activity.

4. Marketplace standards

Providers should keep marketplace profiles, media, packages, pricing context, payout details, and availability information current. Bookers should only send serious booking requests with accurate event information.

5. Enforcement

StrictlyByIV may limit, remove, delist, suspend, or review accounts, profiles, events, bookings, messages, reviews, or payments when platform rules appear to be violated.
